Sub Password Problem? What to do?
I forgot my sub password and my account was blocked for entering an incorrect sub password, what should I do?
1. File a ticket @ e-Games Helpdesk
Click Helpdesk and fill in the required details

Secret Answer to your Secret Question:
Attachment: [Attach or include the link of your scanned (2) Valid Id's]
>Valid IDs can be your passport, birth certificate, barangay clearance, NBI clearance, Voter’s ID, SSS ID, Postal ID, School ID or any government issued ID.
Enter the Image Code and Click Checkbox if you have read the EULA.
2. A message will appear with your Ticket ID upon submission of ticket. Remember to take note of your ticket ID.
3. You can always view the status and response of our Agents by clicking “Check Status” and entering your Ticket ID.
4. Our agents will reset your sub password and unblock your account after verification.
